Domaine Manoir du Carra is a family estate which is run today by Frédéric and Damien, members of the 5th generation of the Sambardier family. Nice ruby colour, fruity Kirsch aromas ( raspberry, red berry) which matures during the years. Appearance of spicy and undergrowth notes, this full bodied wine has a long lasting mouth.
